In Duncan’s report, approximately seventeen researches from European and American participants are included.Problem Statement: The findings, however, only showed the effect of triglycerides on cardiovascular diseases but not on the mortality caused as a result of cardiovascular diseases.Hypothesis: The hypothesis suggested by the Asia Pacific Cohort Studies Collaboration (APCSC) was that high levels of triglycerides had a strong relationship with the rising coronary heart disease (CHD) mortality. Besides, researchers developed various analysis with Europe’s participants reported a greater risk of cardiovascular diseases; the study did not include all-cause, mortality in men and women is strongly associated with a high level of triglycerides. Nonetheless, despite these significant past analyses, there are no essential studies that have researched triglycerides’ effect on cardiovascular disease death. Furthermore, there are no adequate studies on all-cause deaths.Research Question:   Therefore, this research paper shall conduct a systematic review of the current prospective studies.Thesis Statement:  The aim is to assess the relationship between blood triglycerides levels and cardiovascular mortality, and all-cause mortality.
