Overview
A Reflective Journal is a way for you to synthesize material learned in the course module, it enables you to perceive the links between theory and practice more clearly, and it encourages deeper thought into what you did, how you did it, and why you did it. It requires one to reflect on a personal experience for the purpose of self-awareness and professional growth. The benefits of Reflective Journaling include:

Before answering this question, please research birth order traits. Then, in your own words, please answer the following questions:
- How has your personality been influenced by your siblings?
- Are the certain personality traits common to your birth order that fit you best? Do you understand why you might have these traits?
- Do you feel there is a difference between the way you are treated in your family and the way in which your older/younger sibling(s) are treated?
- If you are an only child, how do you think your personality may or may not be different because you do not have siblings? Do you think having siblings would have had an impact on your personality? How so?
