I would say that the average company does an adequate job when evaluating. I can’t speculate as to whether they have done a thorough job as I don’t know all the ins and outs of every company. However, if the said company was doing more than an adequate job than they wouldn’t merely be average. A great company would want to do a thorough evaluation when it comes to evaluating channel member performance along with every other facet of the organizatio
