please write about me struggling with doing intakes with teenagers, the problem I am having is to ask if they are sexually active. I do not have problem with 16, 17, 18 teens but 12, 13, 14, 15 its been straggle, I feel like I ma hurt them by asking that question. You can add that I spoke to my supervisor and she suggest me saying ” I should say that I will ask about sensitive questions and they have right not to respond if they do not feel comfortable etc”
