Self Intro

Welcome to our RN-to-BSN course on diversity, equity, and inclusion in professional and intercultural nursing practice. To begin building our learning community, please introduce yourself by sharing your name, current nursing role or area of clinical practice, and your educational or professional goals. Reflect on how your cultural background, personal experiences, or values have shaped your approach to patient care, especially in diverse or multicultural settings.

As part of your post, review the 2025 ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and identify two provisions that relate to ethical reflection and cultural awareness in nursing practice. Explain how these provisions connect to your beliefs, experiences, or professional responsibilities in providing culturally responsive and equitable care.
